A code classifying an employee's status as:
Domestic = An employee who resides in the same country in which the employer is based.
Inpatriate = An employee within an employer's base-country operations who is a resident or national of a different country.
Expatriate = An employee within an employer's foreign-based operations who is a national or who regularly resides within the employer's base country.
Third-Party National = An employee within an employer's foreign-based operations who is neither a national of country where the operations are based nor the employer's base country.
LocalNational = An employee within an employer's foreign-based operations who is a national or who regularly resides in the country where those operations are based.
