Positions usually have a specific budget associated with them.

Indicative_ Position. Details
Contains a collection of information relating to a position -- specifically, the restricted set of position data applicable to indicative data use cases. A job can be thought of as a template for a position. A position is an instance of a job. Jobs describe the nature of the work, whereas related positions represent the time, place and organizational structure in which a person or persons actually perform the work. Positions usually have a specific budget associated with them.
Indicates that an employee is
classified as an officer (for example, "president," "corporate secretary," etc.).
Tracking officer status may be connected to compliance with a number
of regulatory requirements, such as "nondiscrimination testing"
for programs with tax preferences.
This is used in the case of indicators that
serve as "flags". The presence of the indicator element indicates that the
associated condition is "true". This pattern is used where conveying a false
condition for the indicator would not be meaningful or extraneous.
Indicates that the individual is
retired from the employer.
Job Level. Details
Captures information for expressing a job's location within a formal job worth or remuneration scheme such as those developed using formal job evaluation methods. Job evaluation is broadly defined as the methods and practices of ordering jobs or positions with respect to their value or worth to the organization.
Job Plan, grade, and step are common terms used within job structures, but these terms are not universal. Thus, mappings may be necessary to the structures used by specific organization's structures. If a mapping isn't practical, the UserArea is available to accomodate custom values.
The date on which the associate person died.

Position Remuneration Basis. Code
A code classifying the primary method of payment for the associated position or employment. This classifies the method by which remuneration for a position is provided or calculated.
A short phrase describing the position as it would be listed on a business card or in a company directory. OED: An appellation attaching to a position in virtue of rank, function or office.
The scheduled or anticipated date on which the employee will "enter on duty". This typically might be used after an offer has been formally made and accepted, but before the employee begins work. It would be used to communicate employee information to a system in anticipation of the employee actually begining employment.
A code classifying the position as full-time or part-time. Such
determination typically would be made under rules set by the employer
or applicable collective bargaining agreement.
Contains a collection of personal information (as opposed to "employee" information) about a person who is an account holder.
Indicates whether or not the associated person is currently employed. The exact meaning may depend on the context. In some contexts this may specifically refer to the person's current status within an employment relationship as defined under applicable law. In other contexts it may simply be an indicator as to whether the person is currently engaged either as an employee or independent contractor.
