Document Identification Group. Details
Provides the Identifier(s) of the document being communicated. Uniquely identifies a Document within an organization. Typically there is only an ID for a document within one system. However, in the case of B2B transactions the different parties to the transactions may have different Identifiers for the same document. This construct is designed to allow for these different identifications. This type is based on the Star Standards Document Identifier Group.
The contextual meaning of a particular DocumentIDGroup will be determined by its fully qualified XPATH. For example: ScreeningOrder/DocumentIDGroup/DocumentID

A text field where qualifications or the resume contents can be briefly summarized. A resume parser might put text from an accompanying cover letter or e-mail in this field.

Resume. Detail
An account of a person's education, professional experience, and other qualifications or characteristics.
HR-XML's Resume also is capable of capturing information required for a Curriculum Vitae ("CV"). HR-XML's specification makes no distinction between these two document types. A Resume or CV typically is created and controlled by the person who is the subject of the resume or CV. See also CandidateProfile. A CandidateProfile while likely created and maintained with contributions from the candidate, is typically controlled by an employer, recruiter, or solution provider engaged in evaluating the person who is the subject of the profile. Another related document type is an ePortfolio, which may share components with Resume or CV document types, but typically encompasses a broader set of information.
