position's coverage under the U.S. Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA)
and implementing regulations. Enumerated values are:
exempt and non-exempt. Non-exempt positions
are due overtime at a rate of one and a half times the employee's
regular rate of pay for all hours worked over 40 in a workweek
and are subject to recordkeeping and other provisions. This is an
optional element that should be omitted in non-U.S. jurisdictions.
