Contains a collection of information about a proposed hire. Proposed hire information might be communicated when an offer of employment has been communicated to candidate and accepted, but before the candidate has actually begun work.
The scheduled or anticipated date on which the employee will "enter on duty". This typically might be used after an offer has been formally made and accepted, but before the employee begins work. It would be used to communicate employee information to a system in anticipation of the employee actually begining employment.
A code indicating the type of action to apply to the reported record. Most often used when multiple records are communicated in batch mode or when the noun is used outside of a BOD. Within BOD architecture, this type of action criteria typically would be expressed using features available within the given verb. For instance, within the Process verb: Process/ActionCriteria/ActionExpression[@actionCode].
Indicates whether or not the associated person is currently employed. The exact meaning may depend on the context. In some contexts this may specifically refer to the person's current status within an employment relationship as defined under applicable law. In other contexts it may simply be an indicator as to whether the person is currently engaged either as an employee or independent contractor.
Indicates that the individual is
retired from the employer.
Indicates that an employee is classified as an executive. This may be for
purposes of identifying applicable benefits and compensation programs.
