The item condition is the concatenation of condition type and
subtype. The exceptions are NewNew becomes NewItem and
RefurbishedRefurbished becomes Refurbished.

Unknown is not a valid condition to use when registering items
for the Amazon Fulfillment Network. It is used to indicate that
the condition wasn't read correctly or was unavailable.

Properties and identifiers for an item that could be
fulfilled by Amazon. This does NOT imply that the item has a
offer for which it can be fulfilled, only that it can be
tracked by the Amazon Fulfillment Network. An inactive item may
have quantity in the fulfillment center, but will never be fulfilled.
